MACYDO LEAD is the entrepreneurship and innovation development arm of MACYDO Global. MACYDO LEAD focuses on training young people to become entrepreneurs and innovators leading them to become effective participants in the economic development of Africa.

MACYDO EDUCATION

We believe every child deserves access to basic education. MACYDO Education gives opportunity to young people to have access to basic education and attain at least their ordinary level certificates.
Under MACYDO Education arm, we prepare young people in schools for the world through our entrepreneurship, leadership, and self-development workshops.

These conferences are tailored to create a learning and networking platform for young entrepreneurs and innovators. Captains of industries from different sectors share their business journeys and impact knowledge on the young entrepreneurs. The young entrepreneurs get to network and showcase their businesses.

LEAD WORKSHOPS

The LEAD workshops are designed to give young entrepreneurs and innovators a more in-depth training they can use in developing their businesses. They are tailor prepared training varying from leadership, marketing, business development, finance, and skills development. Community skills development focuses on workshops to help young people in vulnerable communities to gain skills they can use to help them become financially independent.

MACYDO FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

A cohort of entrepreneurs and innovators is selected annually to take part in a weeklong onsite boot camp and a yearlong mentorship program. The selected fellows receive awards at the annual International Youth Trade Fair and Conference in November.
